ARTstor Elements

Description: This class complements the ARTstor Research Collections offered this past Spring by offering the “how to” side.  It covers essential tasks such as accessing ARTstor; basic and advanced searching; evaluating search results; displaying images; downloading and printing images; and creating and using image groups.

Class participants will also be eligible for one of several ARTstor hands-on workshops to be scheduled in August and September.

Class Level: Intermediate – I have some familiarity with the Watson Library and am looking for resources beyond the basics.

Schedule of classes:

  • Wednesday, July 1 — 10:00-11:00 am This session is full.
  • Tuesday, July 7 — 2:00-3:00  pm
  • Thursday, August 13 — 11:00 am-12:00 pm

Location: This class will be held in the Uris Center Art Study Room. See Uris Center map (link accessible inside the Museum).
