Special issue of French periodical Figaro (1923-1927) focusing on fine jewelry and goldsmithing, primarily on display at Paris’ Musée Galliera, now Musée de la Mode de la Ville de Paris.  It includes full-color illustrations of jewelry by Boucheron, Van Cleef and Arpels, Ostertag, Mauboussin, and LaCloche Freres. Essays by Georges Fouquet, Henri Clouzot, René Chavance, and Marie-Thérèse Gadala examine the art of modern jewelry, Egyptian ruins, and Renaissance tapestries as well as various collections of art and decorative arts.
