Watson Library hours will be extended on July 1st
Watson Library has been open on Saturdays (10 a.m. – 2 p.m.) since March. We are delighted with the response and are pleased to be able to further increase our hours of service. Beginning Tuesday, July 1, the library will be open to Museum staff, fellows, and volunteers until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Hours for outside visitors will also be extended to 5:15 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
Saturday hours will continue till July 26, go on hiatus for August, and resume on September 6.
As of July 1, Watson Library hours will be:
Monday: staff only, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; closed to outside researchers, stacks close at 5:45
Tuesday-Friday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for staff; 10 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. for outside researchers
Paging ends at 4:00 p.m.
Saturday (except August): 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for staff and outside researchers
